Log in to your workspace with your username and password or register for a new workspace.
In the upper left corner on your dashboard, you will find an overview of the first steps you should take to start your budget planning with Louyie.
Start a new budget plan or upload your existing budget plan and customize it in Louyie. Please upload your budget plan as an .xslx file.
Louyie is a software-as-a-service solution. Register for a workspace and you can start budgeting immediately. You do not need to install any software on your computer. On the dashboard in your workspace, you will find instructions on how to get started. This will help you to get up to speed quickly.
Creating a new cost center is quite simple. Simply go to “Settings” in your workspace and select the desired region. At the bottom of the list you can click on “add new cost center” and create a new cost center.
For easy and quick use of Louyie, we recommend using these shortcuts:
Tab: Tab switches the column to the right.
Shift+Tab: Use Shift+Tab to switch the column to the left.
Double-click: Automatic transfer of the entered total for all months of a campaign.
Louyie makes budget planning as easy as it gets. Therefore, you can choose from predefined reports in your workspace. This way you can quickly get an overview of the current state of your budget and expenses. To do so, simply go to “Reports” in the main menu.
